Russia Business Tendency. Manufacturing Employment: future tendency

The main purpose of the Business Tendency Surveys is to monitor the current business situation and forecasting short-term developments (current month and next 3-4 months). MANUFACTURING EMPLOYMENT: FUTURE TENDENCY - The question is asked in the manufacturing sector and is formulated as follows \"How do you expect your firm’s total employment to change over the next 3 months? Three types of replies are possible to question: \"Increase\", \"No change\" and \"Decrease\". The measure used for this indicator is a seasonally adjusted balance (difference between positive and negative answers in % points of total answers). The last observation is dated January 2022.
