FTSE Russell, China Securities Index Company and Shenzhen Securities Information Company collaborate to launch Green Revenue China A-share index

FTSE Russell, LSEG’s global index provider, today announced a strategic partnership with China Securities Index Company Limited (CSI) and Shenzhen Securities Information Company Limited (SSI) to jointly develop and launch a new Green Revenue China A-share index. The collaboration combines FTSE Russell’s global index expertise and proprietary data with the deep domestic capabilities and market reach of CSI and SSI, supporting growing investor demand for transparent, investable, and sustainability benchmarks within China’s equity markets. A core feature is the integration of LSEG’s Green Revenue data model into the index framework. The index will measure company-level revenue exposure to environmentally sustainable economic activities.
