  Undersecretariat of Treasury Asset Leasing Company (also known as Hazine Mustesarligi Varlik Kiralama Anonim Sirketi) is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) incorporated as a joint-stock company under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The company was established solely for the issuance of lease certificates (sukuk) under the public debt management programme of the Turkish Treasury. The issuer operates under an Ijara (lease-based) Islamic finance structure, whereby it acquires state-owned real estate assets and leases them back to the Treasury.
