Joint Stock Company "Black Sea Development and Reconstruction Bank" was founded in 1994 in Simferopol. Since 1994, the Bank has been an interregional bank, had its branch network in the Crimea, and was also represented in the following cities of Ukraine: Kiev, Zaporozhye and the village Tarutino, Odessa region. In August 2014, JSC "Black Sea Development and Reconstruction Bank" opened its branches of the bank on the territory of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol. In June 2017, JSC "Black Sea Development and Reconstruction Bank" was included in the US sanctions list. In October 2018, JSC "Black Sea Development and Reconstruction Bank" under the leadership of the Central Bank of Russia received a basic license. Among the services provided by the bank are: business lending, currency transactions, consumer lending, car loans, remote account management services, term deposits, safe deposit box rentals, money transfers, bank card issuance, securities transactions.
