Sabana Shari'ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust ("Sabana REIT" or the "Trust") was listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 26 November 2010 and became Singapore's first listed Shari'ah compliant real estate investment trust ("REIT"). Sabana REIT owns and invests in income-producing real estate used for industrial purposes, as well as real estate-related assets, in line with Shari'ah investment principles. Sabana REIT's portfolio comprised 23 quality industrial properties which are strategically located near to expressways and public transportation across Singapore. Sabana REIT is assigned a 'BBB-' long-term corporate credit by Standard & Poor's Rating Services. The Trust is managed by an external manager, Sabana Real Estate Investment Management Pte. Ltd. (the "Manager").
