Griffin Real Estate is a leading, dynamically developing investor operating on the commercial real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. A fund managed by Griffin is responsible for one of the biggest real estate transactions in Polish history – the purchase of 65,99% of shares of Echo Investment SA. The company invests in all the major Polish cities. The revitalization of Hala Koszyki in Warsaw is a key investment of the company.
