Furthermore, it offers management and maintenance of areas and buildings for public and private use; and the promotion of transport intermodal program and development of projects for the enhancement of the service industry of economic and social importance. Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane SpA was founded in 1905 and is based in Rome, Italy with additiional offices in Turin, Milan, Genoa, Venice, Verona, Trieste, Bologna, Florence, Naples, Reggio Calabria, Bari, Ancona, Palermo, and Cagliari.
