As of December 28, 2006, SanPaolo IMI S.p.A. was acquired by Banca Intesa S.p.A. Sanpaolo IMI S.p.A. provides a range of credit and financial products and services to its customers in Italy and internationally. The company was founded in 1931 and was headquartered in Turin, Italy.
