ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (IBA) licenses benchmark and other information to users for purposes including: valuation and pricing activities, use as a reference rate in transactions and for the creation of financial products; redistribution to third parties; trading and clearing activities; historical access; and the issuance of exchange traded products. Such benchmark and other information is provided solely for the purposes specified in the relevant licence. Access to certain historical benchmark information is also provided by IBA without a specific licence for information purposes only.
