The joint-stock " Financial company " REAL-INVEST.kz " is young and one of the quickly growing and dynamically developing broker companies operating an investment portfolio in the Kazakhstan share market. The company has been created in 2003 and since January, 01st, 2004 has started to carry out professional work on a securities market. The company possesses licenses on: • Realization of dealer activity on a securities market with the right of conducting accounts of clients as the nominal holder; • Realization of activity on management of an investment portfolio on a securities market. Within the limits of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Company gives to the clients all spectrums of possible services on a securities market, and also the various consulting services connected with financial activity of managing subjects. For today the Company: • possesses all necessary infrastructure necessary for realization of professional work on a securities market (it is technically equipped and put into operation modern office, is generated the staff of the qualified experts, are connected the removed terminals for conducting the tenders on joint-stock company " Kazakhstan stock exchange " (further - the Stock exchange), realization of bank calculations); • Is the shareholder and a member of joint-stock company " Kazakhstan stock exchange " on categories "K", "R" and "N", and also has the own representative in Exchange Advice; • Is a member of Association Operating actives and Associations of Financiers of Kazakhstan; • It is the participant of the program of Support of business by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development as the adviser.
