The history of oil related services Targin began on June 4, 1938 from the foundation of the first office of drilling under Tuimazy oil-extracting enterprise (the Republic of Bashkortostan). Having passed through different transformations, in today’s appearance the company exists since 2010. Developed from plenty small service enterprises, the company gradually set and focused upon four key directions: drilling, well work, production, modernization and oil field services equipment repair, also transport and logistic services. “Bashneft – Service Assets” was subsidiary to vertically-integrated company OJSC ANK Bashneft till October 1, 2013. At the present time our sole owner is OJSC AFK Sistema. In order to develop as a strong independent player on the market of Russian oil field services from July 2, 2014 the company conducted rebranding and now it is working under the brand Targin (from English “target in”).
